Don’t Quit Before the Miracle is a message everyone needs to hear at some point in their life. It’s about hope, about moving forward, about never giving up, even when the obstacles you face appear overwhelming and unbearable. From the greatest heights to the lowest depths, both professionally and personally, Theo shares a message about winning it all, losing it all, and reinventing it all over again.

    3. Empowerment: Tacy Byham
Did you know that there are more CEOs named John than female CEOs? Tacy Byham is passionate about empowering women leaders to declare their true worth and ignite impact in the workplace. Tacy is CEO of DDI, a global award-winning leadership consultancy that helps the world’s most successful companies transform the way they select, develop, and accelerate leaders. Tacy’s writing has been featured in Fast Company magazine, Inc. The Conference Board Review, CLO magazine, T+D Magazine, and the ASTD Leadership Handbook; her new book, Your First Leadership Job, coauthored with Rich Wellins, was released in 2015 to excellent reviews. Tacy has also shared insights on how to #LeadLikeAGirl to several audiences and received this review: “I was relieved that #LeadLikeAGirl was neither an ultimatum nor an option for women! Instead, I realized the leader was already within and I just needed courage and conviction to ignite my own impact.”

HR.com announces expanded options for test preparation to support both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Certification Programs.

SHRM Annual Conference, Las Vegas, NV /HR.com Aurora, Ontario -- HR Professionals who invest in themselves by means of certification show exemplary commitment to keeping on top of HR trends, ever changing legal and compliance policies, best practices, and much more. As such, certifications are frequently rewarded with more job opportunities, with higher compensation for these more-senior level HR roles. It is proven HR certification is good business. In the last 2 years, HR.com has provided test preparation courses for thousands of HR Professionals with resounding success.

    2. More blended virtual classes to accommodate increased demand and availability to support more time zones for busy HR Professionals schedules.
    3. A wider variety of course options to accommodate individual learning styles. Participants now have a choice of:
    a. A blended high touch interactive virtual classroom with a small group of peers in a very interactive format with 32 hours of Virtual Classroom live instruction, via GoToMeeting including 2 classes per week, for 16 weeks, or
    b. A newly announced totally online self-paced course that is fully interactive with multiple test points and interactivity to keep the material engaging, enabling users to walk through course content at their own pace, in a fun and engaging way. (Available in August)
All HR.com certification exam preparation programs include HRCP course materials (6 study guides, 100s of flashcards, 800 practice exam questions).

“Advance Preparation is essential for any HR Certification Exam, if you want to pass”, says Terri Zaugg, HRCP’s business manager. “HR.com has one of the highest pass rates in the industry and is a great partner with HRCP.”

The next series of classes begins in July 2015 to prepare for the November exam session. For more information on the course or future dates, visit crm.hr.com/prepcourse.

HR Certified Professionals attending the SHRM Conference are invited to drop by Booth #2268 and receive a $50 discount off of any Certification Program from HR.com.
