Todays economy is starting to breath new life in to HR personnel. The new HR is now more interactive with employees and are contributing more to managers and the organizational strategy. Five to ten years ago saw the decline in HR as a valued department and more of a "pencil and paper pushing" department with very little to contribute to the overall organizations strategy.
